Lollipop Man

To the surprise of the crossing children Alfred Hitchcock is their new lollipop man. He holds a sign that says STOP CHILDREN and sports an immaculate flourescent jacket. He observes the children as if his nostrils contain lenses. A young girl with pig tails stops and looks up at him. “Yeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhs” he says. “Where’s Mrs Hudson gone?” asks the little girl.
“Mrs Hudson has gone on holiday my child,” replies Hitchcock.
“What happened to our school? It never used to look like that. It’s gone all dark and gloomy. Why are the railings so rusty and horrible? Why is there a bell tower on the top? And what is that silly music I can hear?”
“Oh nothing for you to worry about my child, run along I’ll be here after your day in school”
